Request Deadline: You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return. Requests must be made exclusively by email at atendimento@satryani.com.br. Please provide your order details and the reason for your request.

Request Analysis: After receiving the email, our team will conduct an analysis within 48 business hours and will contact you through the same channel.

First Exchange Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse is FREE on your first exchange. Reshipping Freight (New Product to Customer): The shipping cost to send the replacement product back to you is the responsibility of the customer. Subsequent Exchanges: Shipping fees for additional exchanges beyond the first will be the responsibility of the customer in both directions.

Defective Products Deadline to Report Defect: Exchanges for defects must be reported within 90 days from the date of receipt. How to Report: Send your request through our returns portal, select the defective item, upload a photo clearly showing the defect, and wait up to 48 business hours for our analysis. Defect Resolution: Satryani will cover the return shipping costs for defective items. Once received, the inspection will be completed within 5 business days. You will receive a replacement product (shipping included) or a refund/store credit for the value of the item plus the original shipping.

General Requirements for Exchange Eligibility Items must be unused, clean, odor-free, and unaltered. Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged box. All tags and seals must be attached and intact. Products must be sent with the invoice or packing slip. Prior authorization is required — unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Requests must be made within the specified timeframe.

Non-Refundable Items Used, dirty, or modified products. Items with tags or seals removed. Products with odors. Shoes returned without the original box. Items returned without prior authorization. Returns requested after the deadline.

Refund Process Inspection completed within 5 business days after receiving your return. Credit Card: Refunds credited to the original card in 5 to 10 business days. Store Credit: You can opt for store credit with a 10% bonus, valid for 6 months.

Quality Guarantee All Satryani products come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, covering stitching defects, sole detachment, hardware and buckle defects, leather finishing issues, and abnormal fading — when caused by manufacturing error and not by misuse or normal wear and tear.

Right of Withdrawal You have 7 days from receipt to cancel your purchase without justification. A full refund, including original shipping costs, will be issued, provided the product meets the return conditions.
